Refund Policy


Our policy lasts (10 days) you can return your item or items for a full refund. Unfortunately items purchased through coinbase payments are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be shipped back 10 days starting on the day the item was confirmed delivered. Send us an email at and let us know. We will then send you instructions on how to complete and where to send your returned merchandise.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to post to your account which varies depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable items:

Coffee cups and mugs, sanitary items, gift cards,and flowers.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
